Pakistan Basmati Rice Mills
PBRM, is the flagship company of the group. It is one of Pakistan’s largest exporter of rice and owns a state of the art rice milling and reprocessing plant of a capacity of approximately 250 Metric Tons per day.

Mohammed Hussein Kasam
MHK is one of the strongest Tea importers in the country, being one of the leading suppliers of tea to the various Governmental and non-governmental organizations. MHK also represents many African tea estates and has the privilege of being their sole importers and marketers. Furthermore, MHK also imports a range of different pulses including Chickpeas, moongs and seeds.

Noor Mohammed Kasam Bros
NMKB is the oldest company of the Group and commands an important element of recognition and respect amongst both domestic and international business houses. This company deals in a range of products including the export of ready made garments, in addition to owning a garment factory. Furthermore NMKB is involved in the local trading of many items.

Omarsons Commodities Limited
OCL is owned by the Universal member of the exclusive National Commodity Exchange Limited, the first Commodity Exchange of Pakistan. This is the Group’s first step towards its expansion in the financial services industry. We have also acquired office space by virtue of deposit in the prospective National Commodity Exchange Building.

Pakistan Basmati Rice Farms
PBRM is one of the new firm of the Group owning a Rice Research farm near Karachi. It is the Group’s aspiration to develop some new research areas and contribute towards the rice industry of Pakistan.

Kasam (Pvt.) Limited
One of the oldest company of the Group. The company ahs played a pivotal role in the indenting of Tea to the Pakistani loose tea importers.
